What Happens in a Session

Each session offers a calm and supportive space where the connection between mind and body can be explored gently and safely.

1. Conversational Reflection

Approx. 30 minutes.

We explore your current challenges, emotional patterns, and life context. We stay with what is real and present, allowing insights to emerge without force.

2. Gentle Body-Based Work

Approx. 30 minutes.

Light-touch work supports reconnection and neural settling. Clients often describe warmth, tingling, a sense of ease, and the feeling of “coming back into the body”.

3. Remote sessions are available

The structure of the session remains the same. First part — Conversation Second part — Energetic work Instead of light touch, we connect and work through the energetic field. The intention is to support the nervous system in settling and reconnecting with a sense of safety and balance. For this part of the session, it is important that you have a stable internet connection and a camera, so I can see you during the process
